Creeking in the Parks
Four Mile Creek MetroPark's Sycamore Bluffs Area
Explore another creek with partners MetroParks of Butler County and Butler Soil & Water Conservation District. Today's spot is Four Mile Creek MetroPark's Sycamore Bluffs Area in Oxford! The open area of this park runs right along the stream corridor with a large area of the creek to explore.
Throughout this series, learn what lives in the creeks, their habitats and about fossils that can be found in the area. Print the Key to Life in the River worksheet below to identify the things you find living in the creek.
Join us next week, July 30th, as we visit the ponds at Gilmore MetroPark!
Check out these additional creeking resources!
We offer a periodic newsletter with information about upcoming events and programs.
