Creeking in the Parks
Indian Creek MetroPark Oxford-Reily Road Area
It's time that time again! Explore another creek with partners MetroParks of Butler County and Butler Soil & Water Conservation District. Today, we are at Indian Creek MetroPark's Oxford-Reily Road Area in Oxford where the creek offers the opportunity to explore several types of habitats.
Throughout this series, learn what lives in the creeks, their habitats and about fossils that can be found in the area. Print the Key to Life in the River worksheet below to identify the things you find living in the creek.
Join us next week, July 16th, as we visit the creek at Governor Bebb MetroPark!
Check out these additional creeking resources!
We offer a periodic newsletter with information about upcoming events and programs.
