Comments will be limited to one comment period per person per meeting. In order to conduct other business, the Presiding Officer of the Board may establish a maximum period of time for public comments. If time limits prevent you from addressing the Board during the scheduled meeting, MetroParks invites you to email any comments to the Board at Commissioner@YourMetroParks.net. Great Miami River Trail Construction to Begin – Timberhill Area of Rentschler Forest MetroPark and Unpaved Portion of Great Miami River Trail to Close

Starting August 16, 2021, the Timberhill Area of Rentschler Forest MetroPark and the unpaved portion of the Great Miami River Trail (GMRT) connecting Timberhill to Reigart Road will close for construction of the Great Miami River Trail Extension project. The closure is expected to last until June 2022.
Gilmore MetroPark Closures - Beginning July 26, 2021

The Gilmore Road Entrance to Gilmore MetroPark will be closed July 26, 2021 through October 29, 2021. The southwestern portion of Gilmore MetroPark will also be closed July 26, 2021 until Fall of 2022. These closures are for the City of Hamilton Utility Relocation and Miami 2 Miami Trail Projects. Please see the “news” section for details and maps of the closure areas.

The Great Miami River Trail in Middletown remains closed between Barnitz Park and the River Center for sewer work. Visit the News Section for detour information and a map of the closed area and detour. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
