    Find the fun side of nature when you become a Nature Explorer. This summer-long series shows you unique ways to get hands-on experience with nature and explore your favorite MetroParks. Ever wondered what animals were hiding at MetroParks or your own backyard? Solve that mystery when you learn to decode the Tracks and Traces in Nature. Test your skills of observation on the Unnatural Trail, create your own guide to animal tracks, and then practice using your guide on the trail. Registration required. Free for school-aged participants and their adults.

  • Family Yoga

    Join MetroParks and MidPointe Library at the beautiful historic farmstead for some fun simple yoga poses, stories, and breathing exercises for the whole family. Please bring your own towel or yoga mat.

  • Make and Take Crafting

    August 02, 2025 1:00pm - 3:00pm

    Summer flies by too fast. Come join us on the farm for some crafting as we anticipate the new school year. We will make bookmarks, pencil cups, pencil toppers, and Back-To-School Time Capsules. Participants must be accompanied by an adult. Ages 3-9
