Dry Fork Campground

Along the banks of the scenic Dry Fork Creek, the Dry Fork Campground is located within Governor Bebb MetroPark in Okeana OH, and includes 15 individual/family campsites, six with electric hookup. Two group campsites are also available. Playground, water, and non-flush restrooms are within walking distance of the campground.

  • Reservations can be made by calling MetroParks Administrative Office at 513-867-5835, Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
  • All campers must have a registration with MetroParks prior to camping. MetroParks cannot accommodate walk-ins at this time.
  • Firewood must be purchased ahead of time by calling the Administrative Office Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.  Firewood is $5.00/bundles.  Bundles contain approximately 15 pieces of wood.

GENERAL CAMPGROUND RULES

  • Check-In at 3:00 p.m. and Check-Out 12:00 p.m. day of departure
  • Alcoholic Beverages are PROHIBITED in this park.
  • Fires are permitted only in stoves, grills, or in designated areas.
  • NEVER LEAVE FIRES UNATTENDED. Do not move fire rings.
  • Water is available at hydrant in front of Park Manager’s office.
  • All sites include picnic table and fire ring.
  • Use of firearms and fireworks is strictly prohibited in all areas of the park.
  • No Walk-in campers can be accommodated at this time. 
  • There is NO Dump Station at this park.
  • Camping is permitted in designated areas only and is limited to no more than 14 days within a 30 day period.
  • Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a leash, no longer than 6’ in length. Please clean up after your pets.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Electronic devices and voices must be kept down to a minimum so as not to disturb others.
  • Any person under 18 years of age wanting to reserve an individual campsite must have written consent of parent or guardian. The written consent shall include full name and address of parent or legal guardian, a telephone number where parent or guardian can be reached at all times, the park location, and camping dates.
  • Invasive pests, such as the Emerald Ash Borer, can destroy our forests.  To minimize this danger, movement of firewood in or out of all MetroParks is prohibited.  Firewood must be purchased in advance for $5/bundle from MetroParks by calling the Administrative Office at 513.867.5835 by noon on the Wednesday prior to your arrival.
