Established in 2024, MetroParks of Butler County's Community Grant program provides grant funding to local political subdivisions and 501(c)(3) organizations that offer public access to Butler County parks and outdoor recreational opportunities. Organizations may apply for up to $5,000 to improve outdoor recreational facilities.

Applications are closed for the 2026 Community Grant Program. Stay tuned for more information on the 2027 application process in Spring 2027.

-City of Oxford Parks & Recreation: $5,000 for baseball field netting replacement at TRI Community Park
-Fairfield Township: $5,000 for outdoor seating improvements at Hero's Park
-Madison Township: $5,000 for new benches along paved walking paths at Madison Township Community Park
-Morgan Township: $4,620 for picnic tables and benches at Morgan Township Community Park
-Ross Township: $4,760 for park gate replacement and playground mulching at Venice Gardens Park

-Bull's Run Nature Sanctuary and Arboretum: $5,000 for bridge and railroad tie repairs and replacements
-Liberty Township: $5,000 for Thomin Park signs and picnic tables
-Miami University Regionals: $5,000 for bench swings for students at regional campuses
-St. Clair Township: $4,900 for mulch replacement at Overpeck Park & Playground
-Three Valley Conservation Trust: $5,000 for additional parking spaces at Ruder Preserve
