• Sourdough for Beginners

  This introductory class covers the fundamentals of sourdough breadmaking. Participants will learn where to source sourdough starter, how to feed and maintain it, and the fermentation process, as well as basic techniques for mixing, shaping, and baking. The class is designed for those with little to no experience and aims to provide a solid foundation for baking sourdough at home. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

• Rooted Living: Wool Dyeing-FULL

  July 18, 2026 3:00pm - 5:00pm

  In this interactive class, Ms. Nancy Clark introduces the science behind dyeing white fiber into red and blue hues, inspired by the American flag and the nation's 250th anniversary. Participants will apply these concepts and take home samples of their dyed yarn. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a paid adult. Registration required.
