MetroParks Going Cashless at Welcome Center and Administrative Office

Beginning January 1, 2026, MetroParks will be keeping it cashless at our Voice of America MetroPark Welcome Center and Administrative Office. Credit and debit cards are welcome at these locations. 

Cash will still be accepted for on-site program registration.

  • Rentschler Forest MetroPark Playground Closed

    The main playground near the Cummins Shelter at Rentschler Forest MetroPark is closed to facilitate a waterline repair. This alert will be removed when the playground has reopened to the public.

  • March 2026 Park Closures

    Due to flooding, Woodsdale MetroPark, the Sycamore Grove Trail at Governor Bebb MetroPark, and portions of the Great Miami River Trail are closed. They include the trail segments near the 122 and Germantown bridges.

  • MetroParks Cashless Beginning 1/1/26

    MetroParks is keeping it cashless beginning 1/1/26. Credit and debit cards are welcome at MetroParks' Administrative Office and Voice of America MetroPark Welcome Center. Cash will still be accepted for on-site program registration.

  • 2025-2026 Seasonal Park Closures

    The following parks and facilities will be closed for the 2025-2026 winter season: -Pioneer Church -Flush restrooms at Rentschler Forest and Meadow Ridge MetroParks -Sebald MetroPark Equestrian Trails (November 15-April 14) -Flush restrooms at River Center

  • Tylersville Trail Closures 2025-2026

    Voice of America MetroParks' Tylersville Trail will be closed west of Field 20 to Crosley to facilitate USS Cincinnati construction.
